Intake Assessment

The Edmonton Community Legal Centre is proud to partner with the Pride Centre of Edmonton to provide this free 2SLGBTQIA+ Legal Advice Clinic.

We require further information before we can proceed - please complete this Intake Assessment to the best of your ability.

If you are having issues with the form, please let us know by emailing intake@eclc.ca or calling 780-702-1725.

We can help with the following matters:

  • Civil Law, including:

    • Residential Tenancies Act (RTA)

    • Employment

    • Human Rights

    • General civil claims

  • Social Benefits Advocacy issues (any issue where benefits have been reduced, overpaid, or denied for: Assured Income for the Severely Handicapped, Canada Pension Plan Disability Benefit, or Income Support).
